7.5.
Sustainable use of resources

7.5.1. Energy

During 2022, we have identified energy management as a material issue for our
company, so we have drawn up management goals to be met, including, as a first
step, the identification of our energy sources and the consumption of each of them.
This allows us to deploy actions to fulfil actual reduction goals from the management
of the Sustainability Committee, which will begin immediately during 2022. We are
considering different options, which will be analysed by the Sustainability Committee
and duly presented to the Board of Directors during the first half of 2023 and
implemented during the second half of 2023.
Our energy consumption figures are described at the end of this Section.

7.5.2. Water Consumption

The water consumed at TWG is used solely for sanitary purposes and is provided by
the municipal water supply network in the areas where we operate. As no well water
is consumed, there are no water sources affected by water abstraction. This has not
been considered as a material issue, however the increase in consumption is due to
increased productivity and we will consider measures to reduce it for the next financial
year. See consumption in our key figures at the end of this section.

7.6.
Biodiversity protection

TWG’s activities are not carried out in areas or territories where we can have an impact
on ecosystems, landscapes and species. In this framework, our facilities are located
in industrial sites and far from protected areas. In addition, we have been recognised
as a Clean Industry by the Mexican Government’s General Attorney for Environmental
Protection (Procuradoría General de Protección al Ambiente del Gobierno de México).
