We do not include energy consumption for electricity for the 2022 period of the TWL delegations located in Vitoria and TW Parts (Spain), Strasbourg and Villabe (France) as they are not owned by the organisation
and, therefore, we will receive the electricity invoices on an annual basis and one year after the consumption, as indicated in the lease contract. We will consider their inclusion in the 2023 NFIS.
18 For delegations located outside national territory, the electricity mix factor (kg CO2e/kWh) of the European Agency (delegations located in France, Portugal and Germany) and Ourworldindata (delegations located in Mexico and the USA) have
been used. Consumption in the reporting year has been estimated based on the ratio of consumption per euro invoiced for 2021. During the 2021 reporting year, a total consumption of 2879 MWh was reported, which means 2,879,000 kWh, indicating a
difference of 73 %.
