          On the one hand, our Code of Conduct sets out our ethical principles, values and
          standards that reflect our commitment as an integral part of our essence, with the
          aim of developing our business in a socially responsible manner.
          We highlight our respect for people and their privacy based on the due
          protection of information and non-disclosure of confidential data, non-
          discrimination and equal opportunities in the different inclusive procedures. This
          is ensured by our unbiased recruitment procedures, the formalisation of duly
          documented contracts, the payment of remuneration without delays and by
          telematic means in accordance with the provisions of the applicable collective
          bargaining agreement, the procedure for controlling working hours and the
          enjoyment of holidays and leave.

          In line with our respect for Human Rights, our company respects the fundamental
          rights of collective bargaining, trade union membership and strike action and
          promotes social dialogue based on permanent collaboration, good faith and
          transparency, as mentioned in section 5.3 of this Report.
          Care for the health and safety of our employees and customers is reflected in the
          implementation of our occupational health and safety system, which applies the
          principles of risk prevention in accordance with regulations. The procedure for
          the prevention and management of workplace and sexual harassment included in
          our Code of Conduct and the protection of the identity of the whistleblower also
          reinforce our commitment.
          In relation to the elimination of forced and child labour, TWG does not employ
          children under the age of 18 and our employment contracts do not contain
          clauses that could restrict or violate human rights. We ensure compliance with
          this issue in our recruitment processes and do not retain any documentation on
          our employees.
          We also believe that environmental protection and good governance contribute
          significantly to the respect of Human Rights, which is why we have detailed
          our application of the corresponding policies and procedures in the respective
          sections. Based on our Risk Matrix, the different Procedures and Policies already
          described throughout this NFIS include the precautionary principle and Due
          Diligence in each of the issue related to Human Rights.
          During 2022, TWG has not received any internal or external complaints or
          sanctions for Human Rights violations.
