Sustainability is Strategic Evolution
This evolution has been the starting point for setting new goals for 2024. It has allowed us to focus on a new strategy: GROW WITH PURPOSE. This strategy involves expanding and developing by aligning our core values with our mission and doing so in a way that has a positive impact on society, employees, and the environment. This positive impact is our purpose.
Here are some key aspects we consider to affirm that we do so with purpose:
TWG sustainability
Sustainability
Implement practices that minimise environmental impact and promote long-term sustainability.
Promote sustainable innovation by developing more sustainable services.
Social responsibility
To contribute to the well-being of the community by creating quality employment and supporting social causes through innovative initiatives.
Business ethics
Maintaining high ethical standards in all operations and decisions and communicating these in a reliable manner to our stakeholders.
Innovation
To develop products and services that are not only profitable, but also improve people's lives.
Organisational culture
Foster a positive work environment and support the personal and professional development of employees through training, welfare and recognition programmes.

Chairman TWG
Carlos Llonis
“The progress achieved in 2024 reaffirms our conviction that sustainability is a strategic driver for TWG.
Our commitment to excellence has allowed us to expand, optimise processes, strengthen our structure and consolidate a sustainable and responsible growth model.
Our focus on excellence allows us to continue to grow with purpose, ensuring a positive impact on society and a service offering that combines efficiency, transparency and agility”.

Vice President TWG
Virginia Michelena
“We firmly believe that growing with purpose is much more than achieving goals: it is transforming every achievement into an opportunity to generate a positive and lasting impact on society.
This purpose is reflected in each of our actions, guided by the commitment to value the development of people as the essential engine of progress.
For this reason, we encourage initiatives that promote equity, training and well-being, convinced that true development is that which is shared and that is also manifested in the work of our Foundation, through the promotion of culture, opening spaces for dialogue and creativity”.
Environmental information Y2024 vs. Y2023
Decarbonisation represents one of the biggest challenges for our industry, and at TWG we are determined to meet this commitment. That’s why we are working closely with our supply chain and our customers to reduce our carbon footprint and drive innovation in our operations. As part of this effort, we have included the measurement of our Scope 3 emissions, which will enable us to design a robust and effective decarbonisation plan.

Information Governance Y2024 vs. Y2023
In order to strengthen our organisational culture and ensure responsible management, we have reinforced our regulatory compliance and business ethics policies. Within this framework, we reviewed and updated our Code of Ethics and our Data Protection Policy, ensuring their alignment with legal standards and industry best practices. We set up an Information Security Committee and our short-term objective is to obtain ISO 27001 certification. We also implemented new regulations such as the Sustainable Procurement Policy and the Inclusion, Diversity and Equality Policy, reaffirming our commitment to an ethical, transparent and socially responsible operation.
