NON-FINANCIAL INFORMATION STATEMENT

Both these crises and the one we are still experiencing as a result of the
pandemic have made us even stronger. In view of this scenario and our resilience,
we understand that TWG’s differentiation is our rapid adaptation, the quality of
our professionals and our services. Having systems and processes in place, as
well as a close and effective governance structure, provides us with the oversight,
structure and culture to achieve our goals, the measurement of our risks and their
proper understanding. Our vision, mission and values give us the perspectives,
provide the motivation and point the way to obtain our targets.
          Human Rights Risks and
          Environmental Risks

Regarding the mapping of Human Rights risks and although this has not been
included as a material issue in our current risk matrix, we manage Human Rights
based on an individualised matrix for this issue, taking into account the UN
Guiding Principles (UNGP) and which are managed and monitored through
internal procedures and policies that protect them and which are described in
          Section 6.

Importantly we should highlight that we apply due diligence procedures. We
have our Code of Conduct as a transversal principle of action and different
procedures and policies for the due management in the protection of Human
Rights, as well as ISO 45000 and ISO 14001 Certifications as mentioned
above, which contribute to the assurance of the permanent improvement of the
respective processes, with their corresponding risk matrices. We are committed
to complying with the actions proposed in our Equality Plans and to continue
signing alliances in favour of sustainable development. We have different
procedures that guarantee that we do not validate any violation of Human
rights, which we transversally carry out through the management of our Human
Resources, Occupational Health and Safety and Environment Areas.

With regard to environmental risks, as will be expanded on in Section 6, it is
important to note that these are monitored through the implementation of ISO
14001 Certifications and managed through our Environment and Quality Areas
and are governed by our Integrated Quality, Environment and Occupational
Health and Safety Policy. We also have Environmental Insurance, which
guarantees our response in the event of an environmental risk.
