Code of Ethics

In force since June 2017, it reflects our commitment to legality, based on our
principles, values and rules that govern our organisation and promote a culture
of transparency and business ethics.

It also sets out the standards of responsible behaviour for people directly or
indirectly related to TWG and is the formal and institutional benchmark for the
conduct of each of our employees. Our guide is made up by the resources we use
and the business environment in which we operate.

The Policies that also support this Code are our Rules of Conduct, Information
Security Policy and CSR Policy, all of which contain our commitment to our
corporate sustainability strategy. These Policies are fully in line with our Code of
Conduct and reflect our principles and values.

We make sure that our stakeholders, both internal and external, have access to it,
which is why we have included it on our website (in both English and Spanish).
