Legal compliance risks

At TWG, we have a criminal risks matrix in order to map and have an inventory
of these risks, taking into account the business sectors and our activities, as
well as the applicable regulations and based on vulnerability, impact and
probability. This document also records the measures and procedures that
we carry out on an ongoing basis in order to minimise them, and the areas
responsible for carrying out these controls. In addition, as will be described in the
following section, a Regulatory Compliance Committee will be established as of
2023 to ensure effective legal compliance in our company.
Below, we have included a breakdown of our risk matrix which only includes
the material issues identified and in which we have added the corresponding
traceability to the SDGs and their associated Goals. These risks have been
classified as strategic, operational and compliance risks, describing in detail
what they consist of, the management tool with which we minimise these risks
and the areas responsible.
