When small gestures have a big impact – TW Fundation – TW Group
At TW Group, we understand social commitment as something that goes beyond words. It is built on actions, real involvement, and the desire to make a positive impact where it is most needed. That is why initiatives such as ‘El Árbol de los Sueños’ (The Tree of Dreams), promoted by CaixaBank through its Social Action program, naturally connect with our understanding of corporate responsibility.
This charity project, which celebrated its eighth edition in 2025, has a clear objective: to make the wishes of people in vulnerable situations come true during a particularly significant time of year. Traditionally focused on children, this year it has gone a step further by including, for the first time in Navarre, elderly people who are experiencing unwanted loneliness. A necessary and deeply humane step forward.

People at the center
On December 23, at the headquarters of the Little Sisters of the Poor in Pamplona, a ceremony was held to deliver gifts to 60 elderly people as part of this initiative. It was an emotional gathering that put a face to a silent reality: that of those who often spend this time of year without company or recognition.
Through the TW Foundation, the professionals at TW Group were proud to collaborate in this edition, helping to make 20 of those wishes come true. But beyond the gifts, what was truly valuable to us was learning the stories behind each letter. Stories that remind us that a simple gesture can become a powerful message: “you are not alone.”
The power of collaboration
The event was attended by representatives from CaixaBank, social organizations, and collaborating companies. Fundación TW was represented by members of its board of trustees: the president of TW Group, Carlos Llonis, and the vice president, Virginia Michelena, as well as the head of distribution at TW Logistics in Pamplona, Julieta Mocoroa.
During the meeting, the importance of initiatives that, in addition to gifts, offer time, listening, and hope was highlighted. Because behind every gift there are people involved, committed teams, and a network of collaboration that makes things happen.
A commitment that leaves its mark
In this edition, ‘El Árbol de los Sueños’ distributed 540 gifts to children at risk of poverty and social exclusion and 60 to elderly people in Navarre, with the participation of 17 companies and 11 social entities. This sustained growth demonstrates that social awareness and collective commitment continue to advance.
At TW Group, we would like to thank CaixaBank and its Social Action program for promoting such well-designed and necessary initiatives. And, in particular, we would like to thank the professionals at TW Group and the TW Foundation who have actively participated in making these dreams come true. Once again, their response has been inspiring.
Because when people get involved, when commitment translates into action, the impact is real. And because we firmly believe that small gestures, when shared, can change much more than we imagine.
