• Undertaking of the Medical Activities Programme.

• Carrying out the Medical Check-Ups corresponding to the Individual Health
Surveillance.

Result of the Preventive Integration Assessment:

“Once the activities defined in the previous point have been assessed, and in
accordance with the assessment criteria established in the Global Assessment
table, it follows that Preventive Integration in the Company is considered
Correct”.
In Mexico, the Health and Safety Committee is established based on the
guidelines of the official Mexican NOM-019-STPS-2011 standard, which is how our
Health and Safety Committees are set up.
In France, we have 9 employees who make up the Health and Safety Committees,
which meet monthly and deal with topics of interest and which are recorded
in the respective minutes, such as ergonomics, health and safety training and
miscellaneous communications.
In Germany, we have an external prevention service with whom we have quarterly
meetings, in which the medical professional of our plant also participates and in
which we discuss issues of preventive interest and improvement in the areas of
health and safety of our employees.
In Spain, we have a Health and Safety Committee made up of 80 workers who
meet periodically to discuss these issues.
