Commitment to analysis and business dialogue

TW Group took part in the presentation of the Círculo 2025 Business Survey, organised by Institución Futuro in Pamplona. The event brought together representatives from the business community to analyse the current economic landscape and the key challenges ahead in the medium term.

The session featured a keynote address by Miguel Iraburu, President of the Círculo de Empresarios working group responsible for the survey, who presented the main conclusions of a study based on insights from more than 370 Spanish companies.

Following the presentation, a roundtable discussion was held with the participation of José Ramón Lacosta, President of Institución Futuro; Carlos Llonis, President of TW Group; and Carlos Ganuza, Legal and Financial Director at IT Pharma, offering a shared perspective on competitiveness and business decision-making.

Among the key findings highlighted, the survey points to the growing difficulty in attracting and retaining talent, identified as one of the most significant structural challenges facing organisations. It also underlined the need to move towards a more favourable business environment, with improvements in taxation and greater investment in infrastructure as key levers to strengthen competitiveness and support sustainable growth.
