The event brought together representatives from the business community to analyse the current economic landscape and the key challenges ahead in the medium term.<\/p><\/div><div><p>The session featured a keynote address by <strong>Miguel Iraburu<\/strong>, President of the C\u00edrculo de Empresarios working group responsible for the survey, who presented the main conclusions of a study based on insights from more than 370 Spanish companies.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Following the presentation, a roundtable discussion was held with the participation of <strong>Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n Lacosta<\/strong>, President of Instituci\u00f3n Futuro; <strong>Carlos Llonis<\/strong>, President of TW Group; and <strong>Carlos Ganuza<\/strong>, Legal and Financial Director at <a href=\"https:\/\/itpharma.com\"><strong>IT Pharma<\/strong><\/a>, offering a shared perspective on competitiveness and business decision-making.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Among the key findings highlighted, the survey points to the <strong>growing difficulty in attracting and retaining talent<\/strong>, identified as one of the most significant structural challenges facing organisations.
