{"id":20123,"date":"2019-11-18T10:13:52","date_gmt":"2019-11-18T09:13:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tw-group.com\/digitalizacion-y-personas\/"},"modified":"2025-08-17T09:12:29","modified_gmt":"2025-08-17T07:12:29","slug":"digitization-and-people","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tw-group.com\/en\/digitization-and-people\/","title":{"rendered":"Digitization and people."},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"20123\" class=\"elementor elementor-20123 elementor-20116\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-40a81e5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default qodef-elementor-content-no\" data-id=\"40a81e5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-012fe85\" data-id=\"012fe85\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-667605e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"667605e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Recently, it was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.naitec.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Naitec<\/strong><\/a>, as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naveac.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Naveac<\/strong><\/a> project (promoted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/sodena.com\/index.php\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Navarre Government &#8211; Sodena<\/strong>)<\/a>, who invited us to take part in a conference that featured an appealing and dynamic format.<\/p><p>Our participation was included in the case study portion\u2014applying new technologies to internal logistics\u2014alongside such organizations as <a href=\"http:\/\/vw-navarra.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Volkswagen Navarra<\/strong><\/a>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schnellecke.com\/welcome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Schnellecke<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inycom.es\/value-excellence\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Inycom<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p><p>For 15 minutes, <strong>Carlos Llonis<\/strong>\u2014CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/tw-group.com\/en\/tw-automotive\/\"><strong>Truck&amp;Wheel Automotive<\/strong><\/a>\u2014demonstrated and explained our <strong>100% automated process <\/strong>for wheel supply, preparation, assembly and in-sequence delivery<strong> for a premium automobile brand <\/strong>in Alabama (USA).<\/p><p><strong>Our plant<\/strong>, located less than half a mile from the customer\u2019s factory, <strong>runs two assembly lines to supply the 350,000 vehicles manufactured each year. <\/strong><\/p><p>Speaking about the near future, <strong>Carlos Llonis<\/strong> highlighted that one of the challenges we are tackling is <strong>implementation of a reliable autonomous mobility alternative<\/strong> to travel the 500 yards that separate us from the customer.<\/p><p>This interesting conference included discussion of 5G, RFID, AGVs, artificial intelligence, robotics and more. However, as <strong>Ion Ros<\/strong>\u2014<strong>TW Automotive Quality Manager<\/strong>\u2014pointed out during a networking period, the most photographed slide from our presentation was <a href=\"https:\/\/tw-group.com\/en\/what-can-we-do-to-be-prepared-for-the-digital-challenge\/\">the inverted pyramid of knowledge<\/a>.
