Decarbonisation represents one of the biggest challenges for our industry, and at TWG we are determined to meet this commitment. We have increased our team’s training by 26.07% as part of our commitment to developing internal talent and adapting to constant changes in the business environment. In order to strengthen our organisational culture and ensure responsible management, we have reinforced our regulatory compliance and business ethics policies. Within this framework, we reviewed and updated our Code of Ethics and our Data Protection Policy, ensuring their alignment with legal standards and industry best practices. We set up an Information Security Committee and our short-term objective is to obtain ISO 27001 certification.
