This evolution has been the starting point for setting new goals for 2024. It has allowed us to focus on a new strategy: GROW WITH PURPOSE<\/strong>. This strategy involves expanding and developing by aligning our core values with our mission and doing so in a way that has a positive impact on society, employees, and the environment. In 2025, 99.6% of the Group\u2019s total GHG emissions fall under Scope 3, while Scope 2 accounts for 0.3% and Scope 1 for 0.1%. This breakdown reflects that the main focus of action for reducing emissions lies in the value chain, without prejudice to energy efficiency measures and the transition to renewable energy in our own operations.<\/p>

TWG has quantified the corresponding greenhouse gas emissions since 2022, covering Scopes 1 and 2, in accordance with the GHG Protocol standard. This benchmark standard has been applied using the operational control approach. In addition, we have reported these emissions to the Carbon Footprint Registry of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITERD) for Spain during the periods mentioned. The year 2024 was the first year of measurement for Scope III.<\/p>

As a result of strengthening our processes for measuring and consolidating emissions data carried out in 2024\u2014including the expansion to the value chain and the centralization of information and evidence\u2014in 2025 we were able to develop and implement our Decarbonization Plan. This Plan is structured around our participation in the Lean & Green initiative.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
